Such an important point. Describing an administration action using the administration's framing ultimately serves the administration's goals. There are always larger framings—the rule of law, the Constitution—that are far more relevant and thus crucial to the reporting.

This matters because we don’t just report the news, we help determine narrative and, sometimes, further propaganda. This is the same way reporting says Trump signs order to abolish Dept of Ed without saying he does not have the ability to do so. In these times, it is essential we be precise.
