I disagree. I worked for 30 years to be able to grill hamburgers that didn't suck and wouldn't kill you if you ate it. I could grill steaks in my sleep, but burgers? Not so much.
Smashburgers are how I do them now. Well done, off the charts flavor, and juicy AF.
