Seriously WHY are all these other streamers so bad at this? I used to say that they (as in basically all the content corps that became streamers by necessity) were better at paying for content than at paying for UX design and coding talent, and that still seems true but surely can't be all of it?

I think I really did not see coming was that Netflix's moat would be 'no-one else has a good grip on what people actually want to watch and how to display it to them'.
