I bike for most of my trips and actively hate using the CTA because they are good at wasting their customers' time.
It was the second experience in a row.
I moved to a different city and almost exclusively use transit here though and haven't had any issues.
NYC - 843k rides per 1M Pop
TO - 447k/m
MTL - 657k/m
VAN - 667/m
When the REM opens in MTL later this year, it should easily add 20% to that number.
