At the footer of your resume, in white text on a white background, write a completely fabricated resume filled with keywords and false references. Use the smallest font possible.

The AI will read it even though most people won’t know the text is there. If they use AI, this is a way to address it.

Remember reading a story where someone who knew the CEO complained to same that the HR department auto-rejected their application and when the boss came down to see why, he found they had set the resume filter to basically reject everything by accident, and then there was a new HR department.

In 2023 I went through six for a position as a creative services producer including some speculative work, only to be told I was second best and then not hired, then they opened up the position again not three months later. Pay was like $50k with a bachelors.
