Food for thought:

every 'riot' i listed above or that you can name was local people reacting to a specific trigger from LOCAL law enforcement, usually a killing or a verdict or a particularly violent raid.

LA is not going to burn itself down over the ICE cos-players who ride in Hertz rental vans.
