"John Elk, the Native American claimant in the case, did not meet that requirement because, as a member of an Indian tribe at his birth, he “owed immediate allegiance to” his tribe and not to the United States.":
This is how the Claremont institute justifies native americans are immigrants.
They're attempting to litigate a reinterpretation of the Law to justify telling people illegal immigrants/native Americans owe immediate allegiance to someone else negating the "subject to the jurisdiction thereof" part of the 14th Amend.
I’m concerned this is a ramp for DJT WH Admin to also 🎯children born in 🇺🇸 to 🇺🇸citizens & legal green-card recipients, deeming their children noncitizens; especially children born in DC, a district still taxed w/out representation, & if their children have dual citizenship w/a parent’s home country.
I've been posting on stories about immigration a simple question. "Are you supporting white illegals being removed or are you just racist? And if you support white illegals being removed, how do you suggest we discover they are illegal without everyone being a target?" So far, I've gotten no answers
Where the fuck are they going to be deported to? They were already sent to reservations after their lands were stolen by the 1800’s equivalents of Trumpty Dumpty.
