Was this a military flight to El Salvador or were they planning to move the men somewhere else in the US to hide them for later removal to the El Salvador concentration camp?

It seems like they all have been about lack of due process, etc. I know SCOTUS hasnβt ruled on it yet, but is that question working its way through the courts?
Throw them in prison for a while. Take away their govt jobs, healthcare, pensions.
