The beach is calming. Many nights have I spent in the black of night in winter at the Atlantic Oceanfront, VA Beach. Moved to MN decades ago. No ocean here. The sounds, sights and smells of the Atlantic and the Chesapeake Bay are embedded in my heart. Your audio would be therapy for my insomnia!

I don’t live near the beach anymore and miss it’s energy so much. Even from a couple blocks away you can feel its pull. I also love how much it changes throughout the day.
