Members of the board are chosen by a random number generator in R, and membership rotates biannually.

Each year, faculty are assigned ~3-4 groups of ~8-12 students, and they teach those students students in their area of expertise, however they want.
Any other decisions about curricular structure will be made by the board.

Creative works, meta-analyses, theoretical papers, stuff like that...

Advising happens naturally, because again, we are all just sitting together in a forest so the students get to know the faculty well.

Students get a certificate of completion. Employers and graduate schools at first scoff at our certificate, but then come to accept it because our graduates are so amazing.
