Also highly recommend the Getting Things Done method for defining work. I feel like CODE is great for information/reference & GTD is my go to for tasks and projects. I used to gave a series of notebooks, colour coded and everything - and I could never find them or remember which notebook was for what project or train of thought 😂. They looked awesome though when I could find them all and stack them in a bookshelf 😳
