I can't specify a single book, but I've worked in multiple university libraries, and they typically have a disability studies section! Most let you join as a visitor, too. Also, friendly librarians to help you find what you're after. :)
Hey there! Quick list from my archives:
- A Disability History of the United States (Kim Nielsen);
- What Can A Body Do (Sara Hendren);
- Against Technoableism (Ashley Shew);
- Technically Wrong (Sara Wachter-Boettcher)
- Ours to Hack and To Own (edited by Scholz and Schneider)
Most of those books I just listed are about technology and disability (or history of ingrained bias in tech, such as Technically Wrong) but hope that helps.

It's usually kept pretty quiet. But yeah, hopefully you'll get some free access to books! We love a library in chat.
At my regular library I get four hits for the word disability, at the UNI Library I got so many the page could not load all of them!
