I agree with all those points re the app BUT the app has been poor for a long time. The timing of everyone moving suggests it was more because of Trump/Elon. Which is fine btw. Just saying it’s kind of the same as what people are saying to you.

Elliot has been clear that he only wants to go where the conversation is. He hasn’t boycotted X.

People had been complaining about X for a long time. Musk then using it to affect the election was the last straw for literally millions.

Sure. As I said I’m not having a pop at Elliot, I just think it’s not too dissimilar. If we boycotted everything based on politics or how ethical the owner of a business is, we wouldn’t have much to do in life. So I agree with Elliot re how polarising it is and how it needs to stop.

I was fed up with the full screen ads and that every posts top comments were just blue check spam/ bot bullshit. Then the announced rollout on 11/15 of every users posts were to be used for grok training. Just wasnt worth it to me anymore.

Its funny seeing people not admit; My feed when I first created my account was full of nothing but blue political stuff against conservative bullshit and then saying how its nice and peaceful here. Its exactly like when conservatives made that shitty app and moved there lol
