Historically, fighting games are great for representation!
As early as SF2 they had women, worldwide people of color, and non-human playable characters. They're charming, memorable, and folks were inspired by them.
Add introspection/growth from learning to play and self-realization is built up.

Hello! I have a general question.
why is a good amount of the FGC LGBT.
way of self expression?
see yourself in certain characters?
similar aspirations of self improvement between fighting games and existing as a queer person?
how do you see it as?
yall are great btw. keep up the good work!
