They always say that and unless I'm mistaken, the fact that he started getting all the tag matches is a rib, like he didn't particularly like doing them and so as a joke he got stuck with them? 😄 I could be totally misremembering though.
I wasn't sure if Excalibur was actually making a heavily veiled joke but it's hilarious because Rick Knox is THE WORST at tag team wrestling...missing tags, forgetting who's legal, letting wrestlers stay in LONG after being tagged out...it had to be a joke, right?
Yeah but Rick Knox is by far the (kayfabe) worst for all that stuff. It’s like a running joke how bad he is to the point where the Bucks did a bit on BTE where they “paid him off.” He literally once counted a pin on someone who wasn’t legal.
