I find it very, very difficult to anticipate where the Supreme Court will come down on the universal injunctions currently protecting birthright citizenship from Trump's assault.
I do think it's already pretty clear that WHEN the court reaches the merits, it'll find Trump's orders to be unlawful.

Who are you?
Federal law and policy are national. If the federal government is doing something illegal, they have to be stopped from doing it anywhere. Just as if they are doing law as they should, it has to apply everywhere.

There's a reason we have nationwide injunctions. Protecting the docket is a core judicial power.

The question is though, how can class action be a good alternative if forum shopping is an issue.
And also, class action is even more widespread than injunctions from what I read.
