I've emailed Councilmember Brooke Pinto (chair of DC Council's Committee on Judiciary and Public Safety) several times about MPD's role facilitating this illegal armed raid, and gotten no response. I'm sad to see that she and her team are either unwilling or unable to conduct oversight of MPD.

Actively aiding non-employees access to the building does not seem like they are doing a good job protecting the building. If they were concerned about the legality, they could have just walked
