I think it can even fit the same trilogy set up.

I: Endar Spire to Taris to Dantooine. Finishes with discovery of the star maps and main quest.

II: adventures on Manaan and Kashyyyk. Ends with capture on the Leviathan, identity reveal.

III: Korriban, star forge, final confrontation
