the biggest question with me is what happens with Turner - he's flawed, we saw it, but they also don't have a great way to replace what he brings if he walks for nothing
I could see them trading Siakam too but they shouldn't, imo they should stay put and develop the young guys more while Hali's out
i would not trade siakam for anything but i would like to see turner’s wife in a better city. if they let him go it’s the problem the wolves have without KAT tho, would be a huge mistake
The defense doesn’t work without Turner - he’s an amazing shot blocker that’s also *athletic and mobile*
Who else would the Pacers replace him with? They don’t have a real backup center under contract - Isiah Jackson’s deal is up, and the bigs they played in the playoffs were both castoffs
Please help, all the people currently telling me that OKC is a dynasty in the making were telling me that Victor Wembanyama would dominate the next 15 years of the NBA two months ago and I don't know how to reconcile these two things/deal with the basketball universe revolving around the Dust Bowl
we are at least used to the Spurs being great, but I don't think you have to worry too much, the second apron is brutal and I don't think anyone can dominate for that long in the modern NBA
we all thought Boston was set up (sigh) and look what happened
I used to have a vague fan-level understanding of the NBA CBA but I lost it a while back. Apparently I need to read up on the "second apron" because this is the third mention of it I've seen today! Thanks
Hot take from me tho; I think they should keep Dort and sell high on Chet. I love Dort’s defense, and for Chet I always worry about the really tall guys and their long term health
I don’t know anything about sports, unfortunately. I’d love to see the sports peeps move to Bluesky. It’s so much nicer here. I hope they migrate here.
ok lets see, for a while last night I really thought OKC was going to blow a 20 point lead and be up by 1 point with 0.3 seconds left and TJ McConnell was going to hit the game winner and I'm glad that didn't happen because I would have thrown something at my tv
I think the Durant trade will be very good for the #Rockets, and mediocre (about as good as could be hoped) for the #Suns... Unless he gets injured, which is very possible, in which case everyone will switch sides.
I've heard they want to keep Green, but I'm with you on trading him. How many undersized shooting guards with mediocre defense does a team need? Less than the 5 they have now, I suspect (Booker, Beal, Green, Allen, O'Neale).
The current endurance motor racing triple-header going on in Europe (24H of Le Mans, 24H of Nurburgring, 24H of Spa) has been little more than crickets. If there are feeds, bksy isn't surfacing them for me. I can't find how to pin a hashtag as a tab, looks like I need to own a server to make a feed?

I just can’t see them repeating if they don’t pay up
Dort probably ends up getting replaced with cheaper options, it's going to get tricky for Presti once the apron penalties really bite

(look, Brad knows what he's doing, but I will be Very Upset if they trade either of those two)
Rainbow nets for the hoops/baskets for Pride and werewolf-mouth hoops for October.
As a Laker fan, I'm so happy he turned down LA to remain in OKC before he got traded to Clippers.
