Trendane, I have a confession to make.

I bought Fantasy Life at full price simply because a 5 second portion of the trailer showed you could have animal companions travel with you/help in battle.

I never made it past the character creator.

Honestly... I still have only reached act 3 twice, out of dozens of run. It reminds me of Pathfinder Wrath of the Righteous in that regard. XD

Man, I've lost count of how many times I've started Cyberpunk 2077, but I have NEVER actually finished it. And I have no idea why. It's such a great game, I love exploring the world, the story is wonderful, and the gameplay is engaging, but... I just never reached the credits.

Uhh.. hmmm... I think only 2 of my characters have made it past act 2, 1 made it to act 2 before the group stopped playing... And one didn't make it past act 1 because it was heavily modded and then a new patch came out

I had a friend who did this with Dark Souls. He basically made a new character every week and played through the first few bosses for like a year. I would always look forward to the rare occasion he took a character all the way.

I feel like this can apply to any Elder Scrolls game, too. I must've started over in Skyrim about 20-30 times before I finally beat it. And yeah, it's easily one of my top 5 favorite 7th gen games. =)
