I wish they would all show up but then perform only "Do You Hear The People Sing." while scowling at the orange buffoon and then walk off the stage and shut off all the lights. Including all the house lights. Let him and his sycophants stumble out in the dark.
With his lack of culture, he probably wouldn't know the difference.
Why did he pick Les Miz? Did he see a similarity of someone so hungry they stole bread to what might be happening here?
I was hoping the many jokes related to basically "comedy's last stand" at the Kennedy Center for Conan's Mark Twain award was just that, jokes. Nope. Ugh...
So I guess the administration will force those bakeries to make wedding cakes for gay couples again then? Or otherwise shame them and demand people boycott them?

I get that artists have a right to express their views but refusing to perform for an elected president—feels more like partisan bias. Had they boycotted Biden over the border crisis, I might see their stance as principled.
Art should challenge ideas, not fuel division by picking political sides.
Better yet, they could slip in some changes. Ex. Valjean’s Soliloquy is now a duet
Trump: What have I done, sweet Jesus
What have I done
Become a thief in the night
Threw innocents in jail for a sick bit of fun
Have I fallen so far
Is the hour so late
That nothing remains
But the cry of my hate
Is it true that
One word from you and I could go home?
Why do you keep me in prison left all alone
It’s because of you that the walls have closed in
And because of you the lights have gone dim?

As long as nothing happens to anyone they know. ... At least not YET.
They don't have grandparents and other seniors in their family? 😆
Always the victim
(N.b., the authors of Les Mis objected to Trump using their music at his campaign rallies in 2016.)
Trump probably thought Javert was the hero.
Maybe he could get the Village People to perform instead. It's more his taste.
The entire show should quit.
Maybe he sees some similarity to what may happen here.

You chained me & shaved all the hair from my head
Just for living my life my body has bled
One word from you and I could go home?

It’s because of you that the walls have closed in

Just a body with ink
I’m a man, I’m a father
I’m not what you think
When your “reign” is at end
All the people will sing
Twenty minutes of silence.
"Oh no!"
Forty minutes of silence.
"But you can't."
Intermission.
Sixty minutes of silence.
Curtains.
