They didn't write, that this photo would be in a F-16, they wrote this would be the last photo of him... The "last"!!! If you can read, you have a clear advantage.

This is a photo of one of the F-16's donated by Denmark. Photo from August 2023 when Zelensky visited the first group of pilots/ground crew in training here in Denmark (he did say thank you!). The type is given as 'Fighting Falcon'. Not sure if the donated Dutch F-16's are the same type, mind.
They didn’t always have F-16s and the Ukrainian Air Force isn’t exactly going to let images of their F-16 pilots with their faces for Russian intelligence to see out into the open. It’s all OP-SEC
Then OpSec failed because the pictures taken by Libkos a well known Ukrainian photographer shows his face clearly in multiple photos in and on the tarmac! The grammar if the caption says "last photo". However the tragedy happened its a loss! I just questioned the caption!

Pilots fly more than one type. F-16 is primarily used for air defense in Ukraine. The aircraft in the pics is loaded with ground attack weapons (Su-25 is a ground attack aircraft like the A-10).
I'm sure that's a photo of the hero but that doesn't look like an F16. Probably an old picture but definitely not his last (unless the mission wasn't in an F16).
