The only honest reasons I know about are
a) we don't have enough of them anyway and
b) it is politically risky because too many people in Germany are opposed to delivering Taurus.
One can only hope, now we need to give Ukraine some Gripen's too for a fitting launch platform (but they made StormShadow work on russian planes so I'm sure they'll make it work - but being able to reprogram the bombs in flight is preferable)

It just means that Germany will keep supporting Ukraine. It doesn’t mean they’ll deliver the bull. And considering how few of them germany has, they wouldn’t make much of a difference anyway. More important is for example the continuing flow of artillery shells, vehicles, medical supplies, etc.
