Is it just me but since Trump was elected has Russia increased strikes on the civilian population? Do they feel as if Trump doesn't mind?
Why do they now feel it is ok? These are big questions that deserve answers. I could be wrong though.

They started producing Shaheds directly in Russia so I think the increase in their use is (somewhat) related to how many they have available and the fact that if they let them pile up there is going to be a big bada-boom.
