fwiw: child can be raised in such a way that their brain becomes wired
to impede their ability to learn, or toappear “stupid.” In Don Taco’s case, berating, humiliating, and demeaning by his parents helped create his stupidity and his malignant narcissism. He’s a total failure of a human being.

Being a millionaire or billionaire can cover up a lot of intellectual disability. He always had aides do everything for him. He didn't even know what groceries were, or how to drive.
