Create's got the Schematicannon. Designed to be exactly that: a survival solution to making blue prints and automatically building them provided the materials are available.

There is the Mining gadgets mod.
It's the build, replace, cut'n'paste,delete gadgets. And it has a schematic system too.

Lightmatica is the only one I can think of, you'll need to place the blocks but it has a fair few features to make placing the builds into the world easier. (Auto swapping blocks into hand, building in layers, etc!) There's Axiom as well for building in creative first, then porting it to survival :)

Oh, yeah I forgot that schematica is called litematica now

I've used the printer version that rapidly places blocks when you walk near the blueprint, its pretty useful!

Next thing I wanna do is create my own custom blocks and stuff but that's a project for another day. I want to make my own decorations because thr vanilla ones and mod ones aren't cutting it
