I wrote about this app! It’s good! (But you know that, you’re here)

This screenshot would be where I disagree the most. It's very "main character," every day (but we'll see how my feed evolves), and that's a BIG part of its appeal
From my perspective, the ATProtocol is the reason for excitement.
I’ve never been more excited to work on a personal project like I have since getting on here and learning more about the protocol.
So glad thanksgiving is coming so I get a few days of interrupted dev time.
God this hits SO HARD
Threads fucked it up bad. They could have cleaned up but instead they thought they could algo better.
We just wanted Twitter without the ass

Encouraging article. Bluesky will continue to grow, for it's not just that "liberals' anger" won't taper off, it's that more and more all sorts of people's anger will rise.
Is it taxes?
The size of government?
Discussion of religion?
Or is it . . . you know?

How many Bluesky members would pay to run servers? Some, sure, but how many?
I'd guess the % on Mastodon is 10x, at the least

You don't hear about Linux much ... outside of Mastodon 🤣
I get it (fr, I'm on there, Linux is *a thing*), but ... you're used to it! :D
I think you are too casual in your use of the word “information” with respect to recent Twitter. “Data”, maybe, but high entropy.
If you look at a post, even to roll your eyes..you’re getting more like it.

This was an early attempt. Followed by

But I don't consider this any worse than what happened under Dorsey, where specific groups were deplatformed.
