I've already done the "falling off in front of all my cycling friends when we stopped" on my road bike, have yet to try it on the MTB, always had flats, watch this space, although the pedals are at a minimum setting to make it easier to step out ππ
My first experience of them was circa 2004 on a Specialized Tricross. As an engineer by trade, tighter is better, right? Got to a roundabout on my way home, gave way, then fell over like a tree π
ππ that's how it went for me about 6 years or so ago, everyone stopped including me, then over I went, in what felt like slow motion, it's a rite of passage, haven't done it since π
