I do foreclosures for unpaid property taxes. If I had a dime for every time I get angry calls from owners "I paid my taxes at closing, WTF!?" I would be rich. Sorry, sir, but property taxes are due every year. If you like having fire fighters, police, clean water & public works, pay your taxes.
