The Pacers have never won an NBA championship since joining the NBA in 1976 (last Finals appearance in 2000). As an ABA team, they were the most successful, making five league championship appearances and winning three of them (1970, 1972, and 1973):

The Knicks own two NBA championships (1970 and 1973) and the team has made eight Finals appearances (1951-1953, 1970, 1972-1973, 1994, and 1999).

FTR, the Seattle Supersonics (1967-2008) made three NBA Finals appearances (1978, 1979, 1996), beating the Washington Bullets in 1979 for its lone title. But that's Seattle's history, not OKC's, as far as I'm concerned.
