Biden speaks slowly at times, mixes up a word occasionally. But he doesn't mangle syntax, is always coherent (a term MAGA doesn't understand, applied to rhetoric), lucid, knowledgeable, informed, capable of fact-based argument. .

They could have said elevated PSA levels and left it at that. Remember the political environment around the time he announced he would not be running. No one listened to White House releases after that as the news then was all about who’s running.
