This judge is a Biden appointee. Harvard undergrad. Yale Law School. He spent his career working for Big Law (repping corporations) and the DOJ. Some have speculated that he’s writing a novel-length opinion to let Khalil out. Fuck that shit. Khalil cannot wait another day. Set him free.

Legally speaking, letters from the public are not supposed to have any bearing on the decisions judges make. Practically speaking, they are human and letters (so long as they are polite) usually do have an impact.
