This group is too dysfunctional to try to build around anymore. Keep Hughes and listen and decide on everyone else. This year has been a massive disappointment. I thought this group proved me wrong on my previous thoughts of blowing it up. But alas here we are.

I think the problem if you blow it up and keep Hughes is that he won’t re-sign when it’s time, I know that’s a couple years away, but you’d need to build a contender very quickly to keep him and idk if that’s gonna happen

I agree you need to rebuild very quickly. If done well shouldn’t take more than a couple of years. Most teams complete tank for a Hughes talent level play. Canucks already have that, and Willander. Should focus on getting younger players and prospects.

100%. I agree it’s risky. It’s just I have no faith in anyone other than Hughes at this point.
