So, how exactly can they discern if policy is behind any hiring decision?

Essentially doesn't this mean anyone who hires anybody other than a cis straight white man can potentially be reported for pursuing DEI policies, or failing to report when those hires occur?

Someone just blocked me for pointing out that playing down this move by saying “Critical staff can always object or move elsewhere. Discussions can still be had. Better companies may attract more talent” is a form of casual racism given that they can’t seriously object without being snitched on.
