Lately Kai has been completely enamored with Yoshi’s Crafted World & while I was cold on it when it first came out, I now see a lot clever aspects to it. The difference is that Kai doesn’t care about collecting everything & that makes it a way smoother game. 100% in Yoshi ruins the fun every time.

We suddenly see a way of engaging with them that we have forgot/missed because, as adults we want to maximize what we get from them, and forget a more simple approach
Just getting to the end takes no effort at all, but going for 100% can be a nightmare.
Yoshi's Island was much easier to 100% as you could get everything on the first try.
Monotonous, easy collectibles arent fun for anyone. Why Odyssey's moons largely suck until post game.
I also want to play Woolly World if that comes to Switch, to compare the two.
