Why? Who is it for? What's the value over, say, KMP and Compose Multiplatform?

Is it for people that prefer to avoid upskilling learning the already great programming languages that are easily usable on mobile, namely, Kotlin (on Android, iOS, and more), and Swift (not just iOS, see https://skip.tools)?
