2024 RU had available about 7M shells (produced 3M + 4M from NK), UA had about 4,5M but mostly first in the second half of the year. And AFU stockpiled big chunk of the last quarter deliveries, bcs of uncertainty with Trump (correct). For this year AFU should receive already about 7M.

Nobody knows exactly their production numbers, but the 4M were from old stocks, some were even older than 30 years. So I'm quite sure NK isn't currently able to produce such a huge amount continuously and this year does look as if their deliveries are declining, but we have to wait for more data yet
