Some of the brighter spots for liberals on November 5 were Supreme Court races in Trump states like Montana and Kentucky (see below). Let’s see where Mississippi ends up.

We call him a moderate in the piece. I don’t mean that he’s a liberal himself — only that in relative terms he is to the left of the court’s majority. Similar dynamic in Kentucky.
