Need someone to make a clickbait article/video about 'THE BIGGEST THING PEOPLE DON'T UNDERSTAND ABOUT MUSIC CHARTS', and it's the prevalent 'didn't chart high in country x' = 'did nothing in country x'. This image is just the tip of the iceberg

This is not a "Guess" callout post, I think it very well could make next year's list as well, though the other high charter here is very dead in the water.
Still, this is that sort of cursory convenient oversight that even avid chart watchers always seem to overlook.
In fact an easier rubric nowadays to go by is that if something is popular anywhere, it is everywhere else to a lesser extent. Bad Bunny's 2022 album is probably at least halfway to Gold certified in Australia despite the cultural border and no chart appearance.
For the reverse situation, Australian band (and mainstay on my blog) Lime Cordiale's entire singles chart history in the world is a #63 hit in Australia.
They have 8 tracks that just on Spotify have streams ranging from 3.2-1.0x the country's whole population, they have to come from somewhere else!
