I've honestly been thinking about this for a while, eventually these AI model companies will need to increase their prices, which will make agents even more expensive

Let's be honest, from a resource consumption perspective, most agentic solutions are like torching a forest to have a barbecue. Where they shine is in quickly prototyping something that can often be achieved by "dumber" tech (like APIs > MCP)
