I feel like if you're looking at a runtime that long the best method is probably to do a low-ink style approach and split it up

Maybe if DE is necessary for the bracket, split the players up into more smaller brackets to reduce round count..?

personally, i would say yes. I think it would be difficult to get high participation from such a long event as that covers a whole morning/afternoon/evening, unless it was split into two days. it would require *a lot* of stamina to lock in for that long (but I'm also a baby for stamina haha)

Yes 100% look at low ink it takes like 3 hours these days. 0 reason for a tournament to take 4+ hours (Use more strict deadlines, in no world should a team take 10 minutes to join a room. Shark tank has a limit at 7 because it covers the *i just queued into open and have overtime as well*

Contingency, but that 3mins for 10 rounds in Swiss and brackets save half an hour alone
