Been wanting to design a cover for N95 masks, ideally w/ a spot to mount a mic for events.
Today I used the Scandy Pro iOS app to scan myself, exported it to STL in mm, and opened the file in #NomadSculpt , which seems to have kept it to scale (yay!). P easy so far :D

Scandy allows 1 free export per week, and next up, I'm planning to make a maskless one for more weird wearables. :D
Next, the fun part: shaping!
// #Mask
I have some older models around somewhere, but they're pretty massive. This isn't even solid, but should be good enough as a reference... I have been wanting to get a new full-head scan made, though – so many weird cyborg accessories to design!
Btw, the low-poly style on the mask looks awesome. Do you have a write-up anywhere?
Also: the mask appears sunk *into* my face – maybe an artifact of the black dye absorbing more IR??
Tried adding some hair back to the model, and it helped me get a better feel for the tools at this scale.
