By DOJ voluntarily dismissing the case right after election it gives Trump/MAGA ammo to claim the case was always just a partisan witch hunt designed to hurt Trump politically! That is a big reason why Smith should have made Trump file a motion to dismiss and force GOP Supreme Court to dismiss it!
