Its not about trust, the bombs will be owned and controlled by the US. There is no independent control of the bombs and they will not supplement our independent nuclear deterrent.
Four other countries already have that arrangement so I don't think that will be any kind of brake on the process. For all the performance it just guarantees RAF Marham gets upgraded as a target worthy of several Russian missiles.
Again, it isn't a matter of trust, it's about understanding the system. Spares and updates could be restricted - but you know how Trump loves a deal...
Understanding the system means you understand that the US may be able to cut off our use of the aircraft. It would be quite easy for them to leave a back door into the operating software. In fact, it would be almost criminal of them if they didn't.
