I had to do it a couple of times. The first time I got an error message (not a time out, but it was a long wait) and the second time it was successful. I just did it now.

I was approved in the identity + app and then got an email that the party had to verify my identity still. Maybe that happened to you. Took about a day to receive the confirmation.

You don't wait while the circle rotates. You should launch your CP Identity+ App immediately and select the 4 digit code that was generated on the LPC voting website on the CP Identity+ App and then you go back to LPC voting website and the ballot is generated and you vote. Hope that helps.

If you wait too long to launch CP Identity + App after the 4 digit code is generated on the LPC website, the LPC website times out & 4 digit code generated is no longer valid on the CP Identity + App. If this happens, you can start over on LPC website to generate a new 4 digit code.

Mine gave the same time out notification but I ignored it and went to the identity app and matched my four digit code there and then it worked. As a diligent rule follower, I don’t know why I ignored the time out notification, but it worked :)

Me too! But then I sent an email to the one they suggest and just got an auto response back initially, but several hours later, I had another email back that said my identity had been verified and I could vote. It is definitely glitchy and should have been better tested.

0nce you enter your CP Identity+ verification code on the Liberal website, a 4 digit code is displayed. You then open your CP Identity+ App immediately and select that 4 digit code from a set of codes presented. Then when you return to the LPC website, your ballot is available and you can vote.

I would close LPC website and CP Identity App.
Take photos of screen with other phone of any error messages.
Relaunch LPC website
Get new 4 digit code.
Open CP Identity App
Select code
Go back to LPC website & 🤞a valid ballot is generated
If not send email with screenshot to LPC address on webpage

I've done all of that several times, and still end up with the message that I'm not registered for any current ballots. I may have been temporarily locked out yesterday due to a few failed attempts, so I will try again today and then email LPC help AGAIN if necessary. Sheesh, what a shit show.

I have done that 6 times and I only get the annoying automated reply. Nothing in the junk mail folder. Major frustration. Voice mails not returned either.
Good luck ever getting another penny or another volunteer hour from me. Totally pissed off with this shit show.

K. Check your identity + and go to settings, tap identity id at the top. Then it will show when you are eligible to vote. Mine shows after 3pm. So I expect I will receive an email with my ballot at that time….

Had to call liberals about this because I have an address change sticker and app not reading correctly. Canada post told me to accept app read, then wait for liberal party to request authentication in person at Canada post with a code to take in. Should be 48 hours they say.

I have to do it one app at a time on my newer devices and every device is different. But go to settings and storage. Usually an option comes up for clearing the cache.

I didn't have this issue, but it did tell me (after completing the verification process) that I wasn't registered to vote in any current ballots. A couple of hours later, I got an email telling me to cast my ballot. Not sure if this was bc I emailed support or if I just had to wait.
