I've seen it. Not sure if I can join, as the copyrights are owned by IPs, not me (typical for tie-in writers). But if the lawsuit relies on proprietary process rather than copyright, I'd be thrilled to join.

Especially since they used pirated copies for their research. Doubly unethical.
