Most glass blocks UVB but not UVA unless they have a specific coating. So you won't get sunburn but it still has an effect

Start blocking UV light in various ways and you'll find how much it contributes to the feeling of "hot". I have a UV blocking tent thing for the beach and it feels ten (freedom unit) degrees cooler under it
