The league isn't scripted, but the Chiefs have learned how to play refs like a fiddle, turning them into the 12th man.

ex. QBs that run along the sideline and hop out right as the defender is flying through the air should be open for brutal hits. Instead it's a free 15 yards.

18 game regular season is fine. But that has to be the absolute maximum for a while. No more expanding the season.

Each team has 2 pre-season games, 2 byes, and have the Super Bowl over Presidents Day weekend.

That's the perfect setup. Change it for the 2026 season then leave it alone.
