Those were Philly fans booing the most famous Chiefs fan. If she was there in Eagles gear, the cheers would have been raucous. The crowd was mostly Philly fans, and they booed KC fans all night.
I'm from Lehigh Valley, Pa, where Saquon is from. I loathe the Eagles. But I know first hand from the work he's done around here, that he's not only a HOF caliber player, he's also a wonderful human. The Stern interview this morning was fantastic! Listen if ya can
She got booed by Eagles fans bc she used to be an Eagles fan, but was there rooting for the team they're playing against, haha... it's simpler than all that noise.
(1) Since they’ve been dating, the network(s) milked every chance they could advertise her presence. To the Super Bowl’s credit, she wasn’t really shown much.
(2) Being a predominantly Philly crowd (I hear) we feel a little betrayed, as she’s had a connection to the city. Bros before hos, Taylor.
She was seen as rooting for the MAGA team so Philly fans are going to boo her, MAGA doesn’t like her, and even people who don’t like MAGA may boo her. She was really in an untenable position.
Let’s get the story straight once and for all: the fans were not booing Santa that day. They were booing the last minute replacement for the professional Santa who was a no-show due to the bad, snowy weather. He was too small for the costume, his beard kept falling off and HE fell off repeatedly.
I’m restricted by the character allotment to be able to tell the whole (often well documented) story. The replacement was much thinner than the average Santa and looked awful in the suit. He already had a few adult beverages and was quite tipsy. Angry (drunk?) fans booed and threw snowballs.
Tend to agree mostly with this take. However. I also understand the annoyance of seeing her for the last two years during NFL games. The NFL and TV networks showed her too much.
I wonder if maybe, just maybe, this has nothing to do with politics or hate for Taylor Swift. Could it be that a pro Eagles crowd booed a well known Chiefs fan? Come on, people. It’s not that complicated! 🤦🏻♂️
I actually don't know. Wasn't there, wasn't watching. Blind loyalty, open hostility, zero empathy, complete lack of self-awareness. Eagles fans. DJT sheep. Who knows?
I’ve seen Drake get booed when he’s supporting the Raptors during an away game and they put the camera on him. I don’t see this as any different. I get that there’s this culture war being fought by the loudest 2% of users on social media, but come on, this is typical sports behaviour.

Imagine booing someone’s happiness and thinking that isn’t trash behavior
People need to stop defending this
PERIOD ‼️🤬
I think that sums it up.

What happened to “if you don’t have anything nice to say don’t say anything at all!” ?
I think it’s the trump effect…bring an asshole is now considered cool.
Disgusting.
