Sounds like my dog has a kindred spirit regarding toddlers, mine avoids them if he can, I can practically hear him saying 'We want to avoid them nippers, they're all packing heat'. Maybe he shouldn't have watched Bugsy as a pup🤔
NEWS: Miss S Coyle Cellan-Jones, socialite, said when interviewed “the promenade ce matin was très scary, not because of le truck de garbage, but a petit person! Any moment they could do something weird, mon père doesn’t understand le danger”.
I wonder if she had been teased by young children in her past? Maybe Sociable Dog has a toddler desensitization program so the Princess and the Porridge monster can get to know her.😁
With our boy it's the opposite. He adores children (spent his first few months with two) and wants to bound over to greet them. But he's a big dog, so we have to restrain his enthusiasm. A lot of learning for him that children are lovely, but he has to be a good boy.
Same with us now with our Lottie (Turkish rescue) Now she’s gained a lot of confidence over 18months, she loves dogs, children and cats in that order but she’s also big and scary looking and the objects of her affection haven’t always got the memo!

Trust her.
Strangely, a beautiful gentle soul with my niece 🥹
